RentZed provides an online platform where landlords, agents, and property seekers can share and view rental listings in Zambia. RentZed does not act as a broker, agent, or property manager.
RentZed does not guarantee that listing information is accurate, complete, current, lawful, or available. This includes, but is not limited to, ownership, rental price, property condition, location, features, photos, and availability.
Users are responsible for verifying all listing details independently before making decisions or sending money.
Users are solely responsible for their conduct, communications, negotiations, inspections, and agreements with other users of the platform.
RentZed is not responsible for disputes, failed agreements, scams, losses, damages, or misunderstandings between landlords, agents, tenants, or any other users.
RentZed does not collect rent, deposits, booking fees, or other property payments on behalf of landlords or agents.
Users should never send money before verifying a property in person and confirming the legitimacy of the listing and the person advertising it.
By uploading photos, descriptions, phone numbers, and other listing content, users confirm that they have the right to publish that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Users remain responsible for all content they submit. RentZed may remove content that appears false, unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, or harmful to the platform or its users.
Users must only upload images and materials they own or are permitted to use. RentZed is not responsible for copyright infringement committed by users.
RentZed is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RentZed and its operators shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, fraud, theft, data loss, failed transaction, misrepresentation, or dispute arising from use of the platform or reliance on any listing.
RentZed may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts or listings at its discretion where necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, investigate abuse, or respond to complaints.
RentZed may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
